TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING A REPAIR
Affordable Appliance Repairs do not charge a call-out fee like most other companies.
We also do not ask you to pay any money at the time of booking.
Our Fixed Fee System
Our fixed labour charge is £56 plus parts, plus VAT.
Once we diagnose the fault you will be advised as to whether the repair is worth carrying out based on the condition of the appliance and the cost of the repair. You can then make the decision as to whether you wish to proceed.
If you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will only charge you our fixed estimation fee of £35 plus VAT which is payable for the diagnosis.
If you wish to proceed, the fixed fee of £56 plus VAT applies plus the cost of any parts required to repair your appliance.
Our fee remains fixed regardless of time spent on the repair. If we need to order a part and carry out the repair on a different day, this second visit is also included within the price – there are no hidden extras!
The fee is payable to the engineer at the time of the appointment by cash, debit or credit card.
