"Phoned A.A.R about a fault with my dishwasher, was told what the fault probably was over the phone and how to go about fixing it. I removed the motor but didn't know how to progress with solving the problem so went to the work shop where the guys dismantled the motor and showed me exactly what the problem was - then gave me a price to order the parts needed but advised me to try to source the parts myself over the internet. I couldn't source cheaper and have decided to go with their price. Absolutely outstanding service - all for no labour cost!! Brilliant, thanks guys and will have no hesitation of recommending. The word 'integrated' seemed to put off other firms from attending. Called you and got same day service and a first time fix at a very reasonable cost. "I have a smeg oven which needed a new thermostat and clock. I bought the clock direct from smeg but when the guys came to fit it, they found that the current broken clock was bypassed by the previous owners and we didn't have the electrical drawings - smeg refused to supply them as they weren't smeg engineers but the guys made a few calls and eventually got the drawings - all in all it took them 3 visits to get it sorted (about 2 hours labour) which wasn't their short fall at all. I was still only charged once even though they spent far longer sorting the problem. I would have no hesitation in using or recommending them again - for service and price they were excellent.
